Submitting the checkout form is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we charge your payment method and send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if the item is out of stock, the price was listed in error, or the order appears fraudulent. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.

• The total shown at checkout is what you pay — shipping is free on every order.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We accept major debit and credit cards and the wallets shown at checkout.
• Your purchase appears on your bank or card statement under the name Klydex.
• You confirm you are authorised to use the payment method and that the details you provide are true and correct.

Every order on this store is a single, one-time purchase. We do not enrol you in a subscription and we will not charge your card again without a new order placed by you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Klydex operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
