Privacy Policy

• Your name, email address and phone number, so we can confirm and support your order.
• Your shipping address, so the carrier can deliver your order.
• Your order details: the product, bundle, size options you chose and your order total.
• Basic technical data your browser sends automatically, such as IP address and device type, used to keep checkout secure and working.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number, expiry date and security code are entered into Stripe's secure payment form and sent directly to Stripe. Klydex never receives or stores your full card details. We only see the payment status and the last four digits and brand of the card, which help us identify your order.

• To answer support requests and handle refunds or replacements.
• To detect and prevent fraudulent orders.
• To meet accounting and tax record-keeping obligations.

We share your information only with the service providers needed to complete your order: our payment processor (Stripe), our shipping and fulfilment partners, and our email delivery provider. They may use your data only to perform those services for us. We do not sell your personal information.

We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for checkout to function, such as keeping your session and payment attempt intact. We may also use aggregate analytics to understand how our store pages perform. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout may then not work correctly.

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as needed to support your purchase, honour our guarantee, and satisfy legal, accounting and tax requirements. After that, they are deleted or anonymised.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop sending you marketing email. Email help@klydex.com from the address you used at checkout and we'll respond within 24 hours. Some information must be retained where the law requires it, for example transaction records.

Our checkout runs over encrypted HTTPS connections and payment data is handled by Stripe, a PCI-DSS certified payment provider. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Our store is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, email us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy as our store changes. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
